Our Story

How did abc567 get started?

A few years ago, online betting options in Bangladesh were extremely limited — there was no Bengali-language support, payments took hours, and users had to write to support in English. A group of experienced gaming professionals saw this problem clearly and felt it deeply.

The idea was straightforward — build a platform for people in Bangladesh, designed around their reality. Translation alone wasn't enough; the entire experience had to be shaped around Bangladeshi life. That's how abc567 was born.

From day one, bKash and Nagad were integrated directly into abc567's payment system. A Bengali-speaking support team was brought on board. Everything from the design to bonus terms and conditions was written in Bangla. Players noticed — and word spread.

📍 The abc567 team currently brings together tech experts, gaming analysts, and Bangladeshi customer care professionals from 12 countries around the world — all working toward one goal: making your experience better.

What Makes abc567 Special for Bangladeshi Players

Many people ask before joining abc567 — is this platform really made for Bangladeshis? The answer is yes, right down to its roots. Whether you're in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, or Rajshahi, the platform works exactly the same for everyone across Bangladesh.

The Live Casino has dealers who speak Bengali — it may sound like a small detail, but it makes a real difference. You can enjoy live Baccarat or Andar Bahar comfortably without needing to know any English.

Every Bangladesh cricket match comes with special odds on abc567. Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day — local festivals bring dedicated promotions. These touches reflect abc567's genuine commitment to Bangladesh.

Abc567's app is optimized for Bangladesh's network conditions to keep data usage low while playing on mobile data. It runs smoothly on 3G or slow Wi-Fi.

🏏 cricket is the most popular sport to bet on at abc567 — during Bangladesh national team matches, the number of active bettors is 5 times higher than at any other time.

Meet Our Tech Team

Abc567 is powered by a tech team averaging 10 years of experience in the online gaming industry. They've built a scalable microservices-based platform capable of handling millions of users on big match nights.

Server infrastructure is distributed across multiple data centers in Asia, so connections from Bangladesh route to the nearest node. CDN technology ensures game graphics and video streams load quickly.

Rigorous testing is carried out before every software update. Security patches are applied at least once a week. User experience data is analyzed and improvements are rolled out every month.

Our Customer Care Team

Abc567's customer care team is made up entirely of Bangladeshi professionals, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The team operates across three shifts — with the night shift being most active during peak hours for online matches and gaming sessions.

Every support agent is trained on betting, payment processes, and all of abc567's features. Their goal is to resolve your issue on the first contact — so you never have to come back with the same problem twice.

Support team performance is reviewed on a regular basis. User feedback is directly used to improve the quality of support.

💬 The average first response time on abc567's live chat is 3 minutes, with an average resolution time of 12 minutes — well ahead of the industry average.

Abc567's Commitment to Responsible Gaming

Abc567 is a platform built for entertainment and enjoyment, not harm. We firmly believe that a happy, in-control player is good for abc567 in the long run too. That's why responsible gaming isn't something we do just to follow rules — it's a core part of who we are.

Deposit limits, session timers, and self-exclusion are all available on abc567 at any time. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one requires a 24-hour cooldown — a safeguard against impulsive decisions.

Age verification is mandatory to ensure no one under 18 can use abc567. If suspicious behavior is detected, abc567's system will automatically flag the account for review.
